Sons of Anarchy star, Charlie Hunnam who is currently in the process of filming Guy Ritchie’s adaptation of ‘King Arthur,’ is already picking up more projects.
Charlie has signed on to star in a new movie based on the story featured in Rolling Stone titled ‘An American Drug Lord in Acapulco,’ which will be adapted for the screen as ‘American Drug Lord.’
The former biker will play real life Mexican cartel leader Edgar Valdez, who went from being a high school football prospect in America to one of the most powerful drug lords south of the border. Edgar Valdez Was the only American to ever rise to the level of power in the Mexican drug cartels.
This role sounds like it was made for Charlie Hunnam, who is sure to make a perfect bad boy drug lord.
